REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a smooth Refund and Exchange Policy to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and worry free.

1. Package Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to check the items while the courier is at the door. You may:

• Accept the entire package if everything is satisfactory.
• Refuse the entire package if any part of it is not as expected.

Important Note: Partial acceptance or refusal of individual items within the package is not allowed at the time of delivery.

2. Refund & Exchange Window

If you accept the package but later change your mind:

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or exchange
• Items must be unused and in their original condition and tags must be attached.

Important Note: Sales items are non-refundable, but exchange can be applied.

3. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

4. Terms & Conditions

• Refunds will be issued after the item(s) are received in our office and inspected.
• Return or exchange shipping costs will be applied unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent or a defect).

Your refund will be processed in 2–3 days after your return is received and approved.
